“I love to stay here when I am in town for family. It's quiet and right off of the interstate. My only issue with this place is that they need to be more clear with selection online as far as smoking and non-smoking rooms. I showed up expecting a smoking room because I did not select nonsmoking online, and from my conversation with the guy at the front desk from my previous stay, i expected that meant there were smoking rooms available. But when i arrived at the property, he told me he had no……

“When entering my room the desk chair had blood stains on it and was so dirty”

“The hotel was great , no complaints. My only problem was I was under the assumption thst there was a pool when I booked it. There is no pool.”

“The property was on the other side of the highway from all the other hotels and restaurants. It was quiet, but not as close to shops and food as staying on the other side of the highway.”

“I will not be returning to this property. I specifically booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a sofa because our group consisted of six people and we needed the additional sleeping space. When we arrived, we discovered the room did not have a sofa at all—only two beds. Had I known this was the actual room configuration, I would never have booked or paid for that room. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us was a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected……

“This looked like an old independent motel that they converted to America's Best. It's not the best, a little shabby. The coffee was weak and watery.”

“Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund”

“Breakfast was great. The lady that was taking care of the food went out of here way to make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied. She deserves a raise. Everyone was very attentive, professional and curtious. Very friendly staff. The only issue that I had was that the tub had rust and I had to put a towel over it to take a shower. I let the attendant at the front desk know and right away the maintenance man went to check on it. We will book again on the future. ”

“They STOLE MY MONEY FROM MY WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT!!! I WENT THROUGH CHOICE REWARDS AND THE MAN TOOK MY CARD NUMBER FOR 3 NIGHTS AND SAID I WAS GOOD UNTIL SUNDAY!!! HE LIED AND TOOK .Y MONEY AMD THEN WHEN I FILED A DISPUTE WELLS FARGO HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD BUT THAT DON'T MATTER BECAUSE THIS HOTEL TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY!!! I HAVE 16CENTS TO MY NAME AND IM 5 HOURS AWAY FROM HO.ME IDK WHAT TO DO BUT GOTO A HOMELESS SHELTER BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND STOLE MY MONEY DON'T GIVE……
