「Our family of 10 adults had plenty of space. All bedrooms were big. We had ample bathrooms. All appliances were new. The general consensus of the group is the property was very good. However the rugs need to be removed or glued down. They did present a tripping hazard. The footsteps from the upstairs can be heard downstairs. We would stay here again. 」

「The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nice, clean, soft sheets, and comfy beds. Welcoming hosts that are very thoughtful with their provisions. It is like you truly are guests in their home. Their description is very honest. We visit Memphis at least 3 times per year. We are pretty familiar with Memphis. We have stayed in hotels all over the city. (Some of them only once). If it's available, we wouldn't hesitate booking another stay here. 」

「Check-in was easy. You do have to park in back,then walk around front and enter. Then you can open the back door to bring all your stuff in through the kitchen. It is an older home with wood floors, but I like that it has a lot of charm. Need a little better instructions on how to access the wi-fi, that is my only issue. Everything else was amazing.」

「The house is very cozy, quiet and excellent for a getway. Its a good location coming from far away or local. The fixtures and appliance were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The host response was quick and couteous. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. We thought the house needs a thorough cleaning. The TV in master bedroom didn't work and ice in refrigerator. But overall I highly recommended. Because we will most definitely rent again!!!!!」
