Enjoyable 2 weeks in Moosach

Excellent vacation rental. Much nicer than pictured. Mr Schmitt was a very gracious host. He had ready for us, in Engish, valuable information on train schedules, shopping and suggested sightseeing throughout south east Germany. The vacation house is in Moosach, 15 minutes to the train station, and 25 minutes by train to Munich Central Station. We would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Munich area to stay here. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Germany.

Urlaub in Moosach

Der Steinsee ist wunderschön gelegen, leider war das Wetter durchwachsen, sodass man nicht schwimmen gehen konnte. Man sollte mobil sein , da das eine Restaurant im Ort gerade 4 Wochen Urlaub hatte mußte man immer zum Essen irgendwo hin fahren.

Die FeWo ist vom Optischen her sehr schön aber leider in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir würden diese FeWo nicht mehr buchen. Es sind keine Rauchmelder angebracht und sie ist beim längeren Hinschauen etwas abgewohnt(Rauchgeruch).

Tolle Wohnung nahe München

Auf einer Dienstreise mit Terminen in München habe ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Um es kurz zu machen: Das mache ich beim nächsten mal wieder! Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung mit lichtdurchfluteten Räumen und viel Luxus an einem kleinen Berg mit Sicht ins Tal. Der Stil der Wohnung entstammt den 90ern und die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Es ist wirklich alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Unten vor der Tür darf man seinen Wagen abstellen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir einen Tipp gegeben, auf welchem Weg man am Besten in die Münchner Innenstadt kommt. Da habe ich mein Navi ignoriert und war tatsächlich früher vor Ort. Ich freue mich sehr auf meine nächsten Termine in München und vor Allem auf die Wohnung! Viele Grüße!

Gut zu wissen

Ein schönes Quartier mit guter Ausstattung, herrlichem Weitblick und nettem Vermieter. Gut für den längeren Urlaub, oder so wie bei uns: Gut, wenn man einen "Stützpunkt" benötigt um mal schnell in die Landeshauptstadt zu fahren, wenn man die Familie besuchen möchte. Gut zu wissen!

Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage

Herr Schmitt ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Für Ausflüge nach München und in die Alpen ist die Wohnung mit schönem Blick in die Berge perfekt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank Herr Schmitt.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit panoramablick biss die Alpen

Wir hatten eine schöne kurze Ferienwoche gepland un bekommen. Alles was wir benötigten war da, alles functionierte gut in die Küche und die rest des grossen Hauses. Auch aussen war nichts "wackelig"! die Aussicht war phantastisch. Der Kamin brennte sehr gut und gemüdlich. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit Die Gegend ist schön! sieht toll aus auf den Bildern , aber.....

die Bilder sind gut gemacht , aber ... erstmal 12 Gartenstufen hoch, dann über eine unebene Terrasse und dann über teilweise lose liegende und wackelige Gartenplatten(12Stück) den Hügel hinauf und von hinten ins Haus. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, vom Flur aus zu jedem Zimmer ist eine Stolperkante, alle Fußböden haben unterschiedliche Höhen. Die Küche ist, geschätzt 20 Jahre alt. Es fehlt viiieeelll beim Kücheninventar. Kochen nur eingeschränkt möglich. Viel Deko in der Wohnung, nimmt Platz weg zum Wohnen/Leben. Bad mit Badewanne = toll ! Toilette wackelt bei draufsetzen. Dusche ok. Wohnzimmer groß und hell, klasse. Möbilierung geschmackssache. Balkon gut, südseite. Aufenthalt war ok , aber wird nicht noch mal gebucht.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön ländlich und lädt zu einem Spaziergang direkt ab der Haustür ein. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man sehr schnell in München. In der Wohnung selber ist alles für den täglich Gebrauch vorhanden.

Ferienwohnung Moosach

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort um Urlaub zu machen. München ist sehr gut mit der S Bahn oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Im großen und ganzen kann ich die Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen.
