Great staff and location, place is clean and big.

The apartment has the amenities we need and very clean. The location is great, walking distance to dotonburi, namba and just next to Kuromon market. There are 2 convenience stores nearby too. Staff is fantastic, fast response and help with our request to change apartment as the one I booked is a 2-floor with stairs which is not convenient for us. (Lucky for us that there is one available). Beds are abit hard though.

Would not recommend for elderly, families with young children, or people with mobility issues. Description and photos are a little deceptive. 1st floor of family apartment has kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and shower/tub. Then 2nd floor is bedroom. To get from 1st floor to 2nd floor is a very steep and narrow staircase similar to climbing a stepladder. Bedroom and bathroom on separate floors is very inconvenient. Only good thing is its location to Kuromon market. I ended up renting a room next door at the Kuromon Crystal because the property and Expedia were unwilling to resolve the issue I had with the dangerous stairs.

Its close from everything you want to see in Osaka! Its spacious and really comfortable. You have 2 supermarkets close and a 7 eleven in the corner. Close to the subway station I can't ask for more.

El edificio es viejo. El departamento estaba limpio, pero llegamos y estaba ardiendo la habitación. Hubiera sido bueno que el aire estuviera prendido. Al prenderlo si enfría pero no suficiente (el de la recámara). Cuando reserve tenía entendido que eran dos cuartos solo era uno con dos camas. La lavadora no funcionaba, les avisé desde el primer día y no mandaron a nadie. Arriba de mi piso había gente que había mucho ruido. La propiedad tiene muy buena ubicación, pero es vieja.
