“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!”

“Francesco was in the parking under the suite and asked if we could use some help, we quickly discovered that he also was the receptionist of the suite and we where helped in the utter most way. ”

“We had a lovely clean room overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was amazing. The bed was comfortable too. The reception team were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it. ”

“We cannot say enough about how good this hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was so good, and the pool was very nice. The key pad system for getting into your room and the main door is genius! If we ever make it back to Palermo (fingers crossed) we will be sure to stay here. Again, words cannot describe how wonderful the staff was, they truly made you feel like family. Oh and the location was perfecto! ”

“Rosario is very welcoming, as well as informative and helpful. The place is charming and the view is amazing! It is situated in a clectic neighborhood, within walking distance to the historical center, the market and major shops and attractions. ”

“Incanto was in the heart of centro storico. Very convenient and central to all the sights of Palermo. A little noisy at night but other than that cannot fault. Would gladly stay again.”

“The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit.”
