「Nice hotel 」

「The overall concept of having a hotel in a former prison was specatular. The suite room was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good with many options including gluten-free bread.」

「就在火車站正對面，對於坐火車的旅客超方便，附近有便宜的付費停車場一天四歐，大約走路10分鐘，開車也算方便。距離起司市集十來分鐘也很方便。老闆娘很熱情，感覺親切，早餐中規中矩的小自助餐台。美中不足的是浴室水量有點小，天冷的時候實在有點冷。床偏軟是那種坐在窗邊會滑下來的程度，個人不太習慣。」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...
