“I feel like an idiot for seeing the pix associated with this place, and not noticing that the ones of the ocean were labeled “nearby attractions”. I (stupidly) thought this place was on the lake. Nope. It’s on the main drag nowhere near the lake, but instead adjoining a gas station and a small casino. The place across the street had good food, but apparently failed to renew their liquor license when the owner recently passed away. Too bad, because I was really looking forward to a cold brew……

“The cabins are cute and comfortable with comfortable you need inside. We loved using the individual firepit that was right outside the door. We hiked to the waterfalls and the secret firepit and it was a fun workout. The advertised night sky watching from inside the cabin was not possible because of the bright lights from the church across the road that shone into the cabin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”
