「What a beautiful place! Everything at the Roam Inn is high quality, from the furniture, over the bedding to their service. Even the water kettle in our room was special. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the entire place had somewhat like a European feel to it. I am glad we found this gem, you won’t find the average hotel experience here.」

Main heat source is the gas fireplace, which quickly warms the living area. Bed was outstanding. Amply provided with towels and washcloths. Despite its fairly isolated location is easy to find and only a mile from the main road (H58). You're in the wilds here, and the stars are bright at night. Highly recommended. 」

「Before our trip even happened the hotel staff called to let me know that the pool area would be closed for maintenance in case I wanted to make reservations elsewhere and I loved that, that was the first time a hotel has done that and I applaud the transparency. 「Everything was fine except for the fact that each night we had to completely turn off the heater (and back on during day) and after the second night we had to also unplug the refrigerator. Both were EXTREMELY loud, especially the refrigerator, more than the heater (which most hotels we're used to the louder heaters), which prevented a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We didn't have time to use the pool. Otherwise no complaints. 」
