A perfect home base for the Munising area. The unique concept included many features in a smaller footprint, including a washer/dryer combo, comfortable bed, kitchenette, and personal fire pit. The windows have remote controlled shades, that allow you to look up to the sky while laying in bed. Pet-friendly was a plus for us. Located minutes from downtown Munising.

Great if it meets your needs

My sister, my dog, and I stayed here for our first trip to Pictured Rocks. It's a great location very close to Munising. FYI, says it sleeps up to 4 people and technically this is true but I would not recommend more than 2. With the sleeper couch pulled out, there is almost no space to move about the unit. There are only 2 bowls, 2 dinner plates, 2 mugs, etc. Parking is limited to 1 spot per unit. The units are very close (we couldn't hear any other guests thought) so if you have a bigger group you could get neighboring units. It allows dogs to stay but there is no space for your dog to be off leash, which isn't a deal breaker for me. Mini fridge doesn't have freezer ability so I recommend bringing a cooler to keep ice if that is important to you. Very clean. Loved the upper windows which let you see the stars at night. Loved the solo stove & that firewood was provided. Free wifi worked well for us; we weren't doing any work/ video calls. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Simple & Easy!

This property was perfectly simple but still had everything you need (coffee, towels, dishes, etc.) The amenities were great and everything was modern and very clean! We loved being able to have our dog join us and the trails to waterfalls were incredible. My only critique is we wish there some more signage out on some trails, as we weren’t sure we were in the right spot for some.
