「整體都幾好，只係太近馬路，有些嘈吵。至於整潔就有問題，枕頭套有污漬，熟食餐具不太整潔。但是上網問題，比其他國家，就要改進，全球以旅遊為主的個家，都是提供免費上網，如要附費亦不太費，但是澳洲的在酒店上網費太貴了。」

「Room was bigger than I thought it would be and the kitchenette had a lot of facilities. I found a hot plate and pan inside the cupboards along with bowls, cutlery and a few other items which aren't normally all provided. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room was very clean.」

「I stayed at Quest Newcastle yesterday with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great place for families!」

「我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。」

「Another enjoyable stay for our family at Raffertys Resort. A great location to rest, relax and spend time with our family. 」

「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...
