The high-quality villa is located in a quiet area not far from the beaches of Alcudia, Can Picafort. The beautiful Playa de Muro can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The 220m2 house is divided as follows: 1 bedroom, dressing room with sofa bed and 1 shower room are on the first floor, accessible via a staircase (17 steps). The remaining rooms are on the ground floor.

The accommodation

These include: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, the large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people, living room with satellite TV (flat screen TV). Adjacent to the living room is the approx. 25m2 large covered terrace with a brick barbecue area and a view of the 9 x 5 m pool with approx. 500m2 of lawn.The 7,000m2 property is laid out in a Mediterranean style with many palm trees and typical trees. Carport for 2 cars. The approximately 250m2 yard can be used as a playground for the little ones. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the beautiful property not far from the wonderful beaches of the north.

On the 1st floor is the large bedroom with a view of the pool, next door is a large room with a sofa bed, dressing room and bathroom. These two rooms share the bathroom and should be occupied by one family, as the room with the dressing room is a connecting room with the bathroom at the end.

The bedroom has air conditioning and is approx. 20m2 in size, the dressing room with sofa bed is also approx. 20m2 in size.The attached shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a large vanity. A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper area.

The two remaining bedrooms are each approx. 15m2 in size, equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin as well as a small shower room with toilet. One of the lower bedrooms has air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. All rooms have central heating. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over. It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
