"This hotel was a short walk from the bus station which made it very convenient. The hotel itself was a great place to stay. We loved everything about it. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We had the dinner buffet two nights in a row because the food was so good. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area."

"A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But the nearby restaurants made up for that (when they were open)"
