Noboribetsu Jigokudani Hotels

"The best hot spring ever"

"Definitely well worth the price to experience a traditional Japanese room with a private onsen. Staff was very helpful in regards to planning out shuttles back to Sapporo or wherever your next destination is for departure. The breakfast and dinner options were an amazing omakase experience. Literally in an onsen town where you can walk around in your robes from public onsen to public onsen. Limited late night options around town outside from a bar that serves a variety of beverages and 2 konbini...

"Convenient nearby and comfortable"

"Amazing stay. Great breakfast option downstairs, plus we loved using the amenities (Great Bath) next door"

"Great hot springs. Buffet is not so great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Oyado Kiyomizuya this fall! This ryoken offers an authentic onsen experience in the beautiful Noboribetsu onsen town. The staff were lovely and truly made this such a special place to stay. While other hotels may offer more modern facilities, Oyado Kiyomizuya provided a unique, authentic experience, from a peaceful private onsen, to spacious tatami mat rooms, to delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast and more. Thank you Oyado Kiyomizuya! We will definitely be back...

"Breakfast and buffet dinner were amazing. Had a lot of options even for someone who doesn’t eat fish. The steak station was great. Gelato, ring cake and melon for desert. Breakfast had omelettes, berries, lots of breads and jams options."

"Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were incredible, the onsen was amazing. The food was 80% good, had a few things that didn't quite land."

"Property was old, but well-maintained. Lovely onsen. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional"

"Good onsen & location"

"Nice hotel and dine in room this time. Onsen is great with at least 4 types of onsen and open bath pool. Male & female onsen will be switched in the morning and different design on each. Staff isn’t hospitality."

"Amazing Ryokan"

"房間地板高低不平，露天溫泉太少，晚餐不好吃"

"A wonderful stay, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Everything far exceeded expectations; I truly look forward to returning the Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort soon."

"お料理も美味しく、スタッフの皆様もテキパキ処理していただいて、良かったです。 ただ、静かなお宿として選ばせていただきましたが、他の御一家が、食事、お風呂とうるさく、気分が良くありませんでした。 お風呂のシャワーが2つしか無いため、うるさい中で、くつろげませんでした。"

"Incredible grounds and maintenance on the property. Very quick responses via email before we even arrived. Instead of writing a lengthy report, I think it is enough to say that I can’t really point out any faults."

"Excellent food & hot spring. Property is fairly newly renovated and clean."

"Family friendly onsen"
