"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. "As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room."
