“WiFi was a mess. Couldn’t get work done on my computer.”

“Breakfast included hot sausage patties, egg and cheese mini omelettes, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal and milk, pastry selections. Hot coffee, tea, juice. Snack and drink selections also available at the front seat for purchase. Very friendly staff. Clean and budget friendly. Close to Cumming events and attractions. I was traveling for a HS graduation. Would recommend/stay again.”

“Nothing worked and our first room had feces on the wall of the bathroom adjacent to the toilet bowl. Our second room, the door handle, barely worked. The ice machine didn’t work. There was no cable however we were told if we had an account for Netflix or something we could use that if we would sign into our own account. Property had garbage all over the place in the back. The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were thin as paper and we were freezing or sweating, depending on if we had the air……

“Good breakfast. Nice center lounge area with snacks available to allow groups to sit and visit. The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the tub drain was moldy since there is no fan in the bathroom. That was the only issue. Highly recommend. ”

“Staff was so considerate and helpful. I wish there had been snack options available at the bar to enjoy with wine. Otherwise perfect”

“I did not like there is no elevator. I’m with some mobility issues. I had to use the stairs to get to my room. I realize this is an older property. My husband son had stayed here when it was just a year old, but in all properties it needs to have good updates. I didn’t really see any in this one.”

“I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.”

“Having a clean room in an equally clean hotel is the #1 in my must have list. The Marriott Courtyard in Gainesville is impeccably clean!! We did not eat there but enjoyed drinks in the courtyard by the fire pits. The location is spot on any event or occasion in Gainesville! Would definitely stay there again.”
