Enjoyed our stay. It was not so clean at first, sandy floors, used soap left in shower, dirty dishes in cabinet, but we whipped in shape. Loved the location and the pool. Hope to stay again.

Terrible and unkept condo

We have been coming to Garden City for over 30 years and this was definitely the most unpleasant experience ever. The condo had a very strong musty smell, the sliding door was missing a screen, the closets were stuffed with so much junk that they were not usable and was afraid that they were a fire hazard. I reported this to Dunes but heard nothing in response. The furniture on the porch was disgusting along with 2 very dead plants. The binder in the condo left by Dunes had a tide chart in it from 2013 and I believe that was probably the last year that anything had been addressed to it. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.
