Special golf cart rates for July and August! The golf cart is a 4 seater, uses gas, so no need to worry about plugging it in. Just hop on and go. The gas lasts a long time.

With a central location, this home allows easy access to Garden City beach, shopping, great restaurants, golf, as well as the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk -- also offering dining, shopping, and entertainment. Take a day trip to Myrtle Beach or Charleston.

After an action-packed day of your coastal vacation, relax on the couch or modern Crate and Barrel chairs. Enjoy reliable internet, a 50 inch flat screen roku tv with access to YouTube TV, or bring your own login for Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc.
This fully stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops will be helpful when preparing meals for your family. When it’s time to eat, enjoy the large dining table with seating for six.

Bed and Bath
This home sleeps 7 guests in three bedrooms, two king beds, twin bunks/double bed. We receive many compliments on the comfort of the king beds and pillows, come give them a try! Both king rooms have a TV.
This home has 2 full baths, a luxury walk in marble shower and tub shower combo for the little ones.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy quiet serenity in this great neighborhood. Relax on the covered front porch. Bring your bikes or rent a golf cart. This is a golf cart friendly area, east of the hwy 17. Super easy to get over to the beach. There are many golf cart rentals in the area. Check out: Go Fast, Ajax, Coastal Carts Unlimited or King of Carts.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Additional gravel parking beside the house. Long driveway for trailers. We have had 4 vehicles plus a truck with trailer with no issues.

This single-level property is accessed via three steps at the entryway. The backyard is hardscapes, and is fenced but not fully enclosed.

THE LOCATION

Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area. East of 17 business. Walk, golf cart or drive the 1 mile for fishing or a sunrise stroll at The Pier at Garden City.

Drive less than 3 miles south to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk – The Seafood Capital of South Carolina. You are sure to find a great place for lunch, dinner or a happy hour. Overlooking the inlet, the Marshwalk tranquil scenery, kayak rentals, boat cruises, parasailing, and a large of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

**Less than 2 miles to SBB, a popular bar/venue for bike week.

Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are only a short 6-8 mile drive.

This home looks like a duplex, but they are actually two separate homes just made to look that way. They are very private and do not share any walls, driveways, doors or windows . It’s a very neat setup!
