You’ll have access to the entire condo. There is an electronic lock on the front door and a new code is provided for every booking.

Complimentary parking is available directly at the home. Parking is complimentary for guests and residents on a first come, first served basis. Traveling from the airport? This property is a quick 20 minutes away.

-Renters must be 25+
-Onsite parking is available (parking is limited at all oceanfront properties and is on a first come first serve basis).
-Damaging or tampering with the security system, door sensors, televisions (including adjusting the tv in the custom TV wall to insert fire sticks, gaming devices, or other external sources), or tampering or damaging the surf boards will result in a fine.
-The condo is cleaned by a small family owned and operated cleaning company.
