Not only for going extra miles to arranged the shipment of my lost cellphone bag that I left in the room upon check out and also for your quick respond when my daughter got high fever during our second night when I requested for a thermometer. We felt very safe and cared truly during and even after our stay. it was a long journey for us as first time tourists , physically exhausting , but you made everything worry free and luxurious for us. The high end amenities and complementaries were always checked and refilled daily. The complimentary lounge was also very nice ,well kept and relaxing , the staffs were always very attentive and accommodating as well.
