「We had no tv the whole time, NO mention of the shower being unfiltered well water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing. Let alone I’m a tiny person and the shower was so small my face was like 3 inches from the shower wall trying to shower. 「Pros: view & super clean
Cons: everything else! We will not be coming back to this property.
Heating was locked so we froze the entire weekend and it was so incredibly loud everytime the furnace kicked on. Sleep was horrible. I was so ready to leave!
No where to hang clothes. No closet. I hung my dresses from the curtain rod.
Cooking was challenging. Kitchen is not well stocked with appliances and utensils for meal prep.

「Clean, comfortable, and quiet the majority of the time. Occasional overnight trains and live music next door (ended at a reasonable time on a Saturday night, and was pretty good also) are really the only noticeable noise in the area. Nice restoration and use of the older building. Easy self check in and out, with a neat outdoor rooftop space with a nice view of the river. 「What a gorgeous, spacious penthouse loft in the middle of all the cool downtown spots in Davenport! Tim was an excellent host--answering my questions and always accessible but never intrusive. The bedding was super soft, thick and cozy, a really nice touch! I would definitely come back again, and will recommend this to friends and family who come to the Quad Cities to visit. 」
