“Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze vom Bett war extrem durchgelegen und unbequem. Die Fenster sind schlecht schallisoliert.”

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. “The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! “We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed.
