“hotel looks like very old, door can not close properly , some noise from the the floor , outside is quiet, but not sure is it safety .”

“Me hospedé por 9 días, nadie me limpia y no me cambian las sábanas ni toallas. Escribí al encargado me dice que se limpia y se cambia cuando salga los huéspedes solamente y si están muy sucias se cobra algo adicional. Y no aceptan visitas en el alojamiento.”

“El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. “Mi estadía fue corta, pero se notó mucho el cuidado en su servicio al cliente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a orientarme y ayudarme con varias de mis inquietudes. El lugar está en una zona relativamente segura y tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con una vibra muy bonita.”

“Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist……

“The hotel has a lovely old world charm about it. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is in a good location downtown. However the bathroom was extremely small 1.5m X 1.5m which is a little bit inconvenient especially in the shower cubicle. It appears all the rooms open out onto or are above the cafe on ground floor. From 8pm to 8am the rooms are very quiet but the chatter and chair moving is constant from the cafe and can be a bit annoying if in your room during the day. The breakfast was……
