「The hotel has a lovely old world charm about it. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is in a good location downtown. However the bathroom was extremely small 1.5m X 1.5m which is a little bit inconvenient especially in the shower cubicle. It appears all the rooms open out onto or are above the cafe on ground floor. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. 「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」
