“Everything about Hotel Morales is perfect. Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, on-site restaurant and bar, beautiful pool area, service in the room and at the pool. We've stayed here many times. It's in the historic district a few blocks from the central square with historic buildings, markets, and great bars and restaurants. Try Cantina Fuentes by the cathedral.”

“El hotel y el servicio muy bueno. La zona en donde esta muy centrica. Lo unico es que el acceso en carro esta un poquito dificil”

“Es un muy buen hotel, me gustó mucho. Los empleados y los gerentes fueron estupendos y brindaron un excelente servicio. Lo único negativo es que el agua tenía un olor fuerte a hierro, lo que hacía un poco incómodo bañarse. También sería excelente si contara con un bar.”

“Went 2 days with no water , and had dirty water for most days . Bathroom had a smell like drain coming from it . Talked to the manager and was supposed to make it right , haven’t heard from them . Wouldn’t recommend.”

“El hotel esta ubicado en muy buena zona en el centro. Las habitaciones y el hotel limpio y comodo. Nataly en recepcion nos ayudo en el check in y en toda la estadia fue muy servicial. Ezequiel muy atento y respetuoso. Gracias a todo el staff. ”

The staff were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to keep us well-fed and safe when the city was shut down. I am truly grateful for the kindness they showed. Prior to the incident, we really enjoyed all of the cafes in the neighbourhood. The hotel is in an excellent location.”
