「The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. 」

「Very quaint and cute house by the river. During our stay we saw several parrots, howler monkeys, and the resident iguana. The screened in porch was amazing for relaxation and tuning in to the sounds of the jungle. Shanna was wonderful to work with and helped us with tours and transportation, and she took us to several shops and stores to pick out groceries before our stay. 10/10 would recommend her services!」

「It was a pretty property, had a whole cottage to myself that was comfortable. It was clean and had a lot of amenities, just no where to buy items from on Easter weekend. I felt safe, as a single woman, and felt at ease walking around the neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again. 」

「It was decent but the photos are a bit misleading...outdated with remnants of yesteryear throughout. The roof access is actually outside of the room (with a clothes hanging on a clothes line). The sitting area (with the view) has outside exit is an locked emergency only exit (no access to outdoors). No access to dock. 「The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed a nice afternoon walk in the neighborhood; families were out strolling too and enjoying some backyard barbecues!!」

「The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen.
