"Very nice hotel"

"Staff was very nice."

"Room was perfect for a solo traveler. I felt safe because there was a door man and being in busy area made me feel safe too. They did forget to give me a quilt, so I only had a sheet and blanket so I got a little cold. But that was ok because I was able to turn the heater on. Parking was a little hard, but it’s Chicago so it’s not surprising "

"Did not accommodate me when I ask for another room. Front desk was not helpful at all. The room are not with a city view, your actually looking at buildings. Didn't disclose I had to have an additional 200 dollars to be held after paying 275...I will not go back"

"No microwave, cold pool, elevators broke people got trapped we climbed so many stairs. A homeless man lived in the alley you had walk through to travel. The ceilings were just concrete with weird chalk on them the Window covering gets stuck when you use it we had to put it on track to use it. When you call on the room phone for service you talk to an automated machine for awhile, "

"The staff was prompt and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The living room furniture could use some upgrades. I wish there were complimentary breakfast and laundry services. "

"I would not reserve a room if you enjoy showering. The water was either ice cold or scolding hot. I could not let the water touch my body. I had to get a towel wet, allow it to cool and then clean my body. I notified the front desk and they said it is a known problem. Also, there was a lot of obvious dust in the ceiling and we found a spider on our curtains. For a positive, the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect to walk to Michigan Ave."
