Stayed for valentine’s night and it featured a beautiful view of the city. A short walk to the lake or river walk which is great because they are in opposite directions. When we arrived one our lamps was out. The staff handled it immediately. The restaurant was lovely with an even better view of the city than our room. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiters in the restaurant made us wait 45 mins before taking out

Every staff encounter, from Ham who graciously greeted us and helped with travel arrangements, Sandar at check-in, the wonderful friendly staff in the restaurant, was top-notch. They made my family and me feel welcome and special during our stay.
Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.
