“Very friendly front desk and valet staff. I loved the refillable water station and pantry on each floor with ice and ice cream. I would call the style of the room and hotel as upscale coastal. Beautifully decorated and appointed. The bathrooms lack a little bit of privacy with the glass doors but it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. ”

“I was so impressed with my stay at Rheas! Room was exceptionally clean and had everything I needed. breakfast was plentiful and perfect for runners (I stayed here for the Newport half marathon). "The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
