“This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. “Outstanding property, only enhanced by the customer care dedication. The woman at reception insisted on carrying our bags up a flight of stairs for us when I was capable of doing it myself. Additionally, I’ll spare all the details, but the hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us recover a bag that was lost in an Uber after our departure. They provided translated communication with the driver which proved to be key to recovering it. ”

A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations.
