First of all, my name is not Natalie, it's Patricia. (Natalie is my daughter) can you please change that. This was a very nice hotel and we appreciated it since the previous two that we booked were horrible. I hope I get my $100 deposit back to my card - I'll be watching for it. Thanks.

The property was under renovation. We were not made aware of this before arriving. Because of construction it was loud and very messy. We took stairs most of the time as you had to step over boxes, carts etc in the elevator area. I called down for clean towels and was told I was not in the list for housekeeping that day. Ultimately got clean towels but had to argue to get them. Absolutely not up to Hampton Inn standards. Not worth the price we paid. We will be very cautious about staying at another Hampton Inn in the future. Very disappointed.

We stayed in Aug 2026. There was no heads up that they were remodeling. Many rooms had been finished, but they put us in a room that had not been. It was broken down, moldy, and the shower wall was cracked (probably where the moldy smell was coming from. When asked if we could move to another room, we were told that the renovation work was being done throughout the Inn so it would be the same in any other room. There were plenty of empty rooms. Ours was next to two yappy dogs. I just expect more for what we paid and from The Hampton Inn in Muskegon. I added the month and year because I am sure they will be finished at some point, and would be a better experience. Ask questions is my advice.

This location is currently under renovation. (April 2026) King Suites no longer have Jacuzzi tubs (so watch where you get your room from, i.e. booking sites) We stayed in a freshly renovated King Suite which is now huge for 2 people. Staff was great upon arrival. Breakfast area was great, with good service from morning staff.

Walls and doors are paper thin. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are not great. The room will be either hot or cold. Basic cable. Those things aside, an ok stay for the area. It’s slim pickings’, especially if you need pet friendly. Staff, breakfast, and grass to walk dogs on were excellent.
