"I enjoyed a three-night stay. The room and entire hotel was clean and well taken care of. The lobby area was nice, and I enjoyed drinks at the bar in the evening. All staff (check-in, bartender, coffee shop, and housekeeping) were all friendly and helpful. I also walked to a restaurant next door and had a good meal the first night I was there. We were impressed with the attention to detail poured into design and functionality and amenities. The bed was comfy and towels are nice. Nicole was on point from setup to checkout. She was helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The walks to nearby Hackley Park and The Monet Garden were wonderful on a sunny Autumn day. Our furry friend even joined us for a lunch at Rad Dads. Excellent gourmet tacos. Another short walk away. This home is in a premier location. "Before the trip, I had an issue with my email and the property owner reached out to ensure I had all the information needed to make my stay perfect. The property was in the best location to enjoy downtown Muskegon! Our first night, we got in a bit late so we decided to wander the area and within 5 minutes of leaving the house, we were enjoying cocktails while watching the Lumberjacks. Truly unbeatable. The amenities were perfect for a comfy cozy stay. Everything down to the softness of the towels really made this place feel like home away from home!"
