Very reasonable priced request adjoining rooms and got them no problem, literally 5 mins to kings island also plenty restaurants in walking distance breakfast was early ends promptly at 9:30 but otherwise fine waffles maker usually with plain and a flavor batter. Eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. Didn't use it but pool seem nice. Staff was also very nice and polite.

If you’re desperate then stay here. The outside parking lot is a hang out and it’s not in the best area at all. People outside having a picnic and were doing fireworks like it was their driveway at home. The inside had a really bad smell and the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The only good thing is the staff.

This is not as advertised on Expedia. Not a safe location, stains in the couches, awful smell in the rooms and hallways. We got to the room and turned back around and turned in our keys, requested a refund and no help from Expedia customer service.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was worn and tired. While it was “clean,” it was overly perfumed—I think to cover up more unpleasant smells. The bathroom smelled of urine. The air conditioner did not cool the room. The breakfast was lacking compared to other hotels in the chain. I’ve never had a breakfast at a hotel where they dictated things like only taking one yogurt. When I reserved the room, the price indicated the hotel would be a typical chain hotel. I did not realize the excessive cost was not because of the quality of the hotel but because there was a biker event in town.

First few rooms were unacceptable and had my daughter with me and there were some type of roach looking varmint types of bugs in the few rooms as well. The breakfast there compared to other baymonts very sad.. recommend if you need a cheap place to stay and dont mind visitors.

Upon checking in we discovered there was no elevator and they only had a room on the second floor. My dad being a senior was not able to walk up the stairs. When I mentioned this they said Expedia should have told me this. Either way I was not aware. I had to find another hotel to stay at the last minute. I tried working with Expedia to get a refund and Expedia informed me they were not able to get in touch with the hotel therefore cannot give me a refund. Beware! The neighborhood and hotel stayers do not look safe. There was no soap in the main bathroom to wash hands and it was filthy.

The main door to the room had to be slammed to close it. You could still push it a quarter of an inch ajar anyway. The bathroom fan did not work so the entire room and bathroom was damp the whole stay. Niether drains had a plug in place. The bathroom door bottom hinge was falling off so the door was hard to open and close. The lighting was poor. The overhead lights are no longer there. The lamps arent enough. And the hallway reeked. I will no longer stay at any wyndom owned establishments. You have lowered your standards and this place was ridiculous. When your hotel says breakfast it needs more than carbs and jiuce. There was no coffee. No meat. No eggs. I guess this is all of your low rent places now. When we arrived we had soap. No cups. No ice bucket liners. No shampoo. Etc. Front desk blamed temp helpers.
