「Hotel rooms have nice view of the hills. However it’s very hard to access the hotel. It’s inside an alleyway off Mall Road and no cars are allowed. We had to find and hire a coolie to carry our luggage. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The breakfast and high tea were ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Not too many good restaurants in this area of Mall Road.」

「All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. 」

「It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average.」
