「Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. 「Nothing can beat this location in the very center of Insbruck! Also, great service and parking availability until 3 p.m. the day of the checkout! No food becides breakfast, but there is plenty of great choices around. The only downside was the lack of a small fridge. Overall, wonderful for a short stay! Don't miss the glacier skiing!」
