Thank you for booking with us, we will be happy to help you with anything you need.

IMPORTANT!:We are going to send you an access link to our guest app where you will have to do your online check-in and register all the guests of the reservation (children and babies included).You have to fill in all the fields. You will be able to check that your check-in and your registration are correctly completed when you see the verification of a green checkmark to the right of each block.It is very important that you indicate your email inside the app so that we can send you all the notifications and information related to your reservation through that means, it will be necessary in order to do your Check-in.

Description of the house:
Fully Renovated Private Villa with Pool and Garden

This beautifully renovated private villa offers modern comfort and Mediterranean charm. It features elegant wood flooring and an open-plan living area with a stylish, fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include an oven, steam oven, plate warmer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and induction cooktop — all in stainless steel.

The villa comes with all necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. The laundry and ironing area is located in a separate utility room.

Enjoy year-round comfort thanks to ducted air conditioning with independent climate control for each room. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens and automatic blinds, and the front of the house has automatic awnings covering the porch and living room windows.

The covered porch can be left open or fully enclosed with glass panels and includes a ceiling fan — perfect for relaxed outdoor dining.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom:Features a pellet fireplace, workspace, full en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom:Includes two single beds, a reclining armchair, and a large wardrobe.

Third Bedroom:Equipped with a double sofa bed and a spacious wardrobe.

A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

Take the A-70 towards Murcia.

Exit at junction 27 toward CV-782 (Mutxamel).

By Bus

From Alicante Bus Station:

Take a bus going to Mutxamel. The bus companies operating this route may vary.

Once in Mutxamel, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Bonalba.

From Alicante Train Station

Take the TRAM(light rail) from Luceros toward Villa Universitaria.

Get off at the Mutxamel stop.

From there, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Bonalba.

From Alicante Airport

Take an airport bus to Alicante.

From the bus or train station in Alicante, follow the bus or TRAM directions mentioned above.

By Bicycle

From the AP-7 highway, take exit 67 towards Mutxamel / El Campello.

Follow the signs to Bonalba Golf Resort.

Once inside the Bonalba development, continue along Avinguda de Bonalbaand turn right onto Calle del Vespre.

Number 11 is located in a quiet residential area, with easy access and on-street parking available.

🚕 By taxi:

From Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, the journey takes approximately 25–30 minutes.

Tell the driver: 'Calle del Vespre número 11, urbanización Bonalba, Mutxamel.'

🚌 By public transport:

From the center of Alicante, you can take the M-1 bus line in the direction of Bonalba.

Get off at the Bonalba - Centro Comercialstop, which is about a 5-minute walk from the property.

House guide:
In the villa, the blinds, awnings, and porch fan are automatic and very easy to use. The blinds operate with a convenient up and down button, while the fan and awnings are controlled by a remote control.

During your stay, maintenance staff may come by to clean and maintain the pool to ensure it is always in perfect condition for you to enjoy. We will notify you in advance before their visit. If you are not home, the staff only has a key to access the garden; they do not have access to the inside of the house.

Additional Apartment Rules:
Your reservation is subject to a security deposit. To confirm your booking, you must access the link we will provide as the guest guide, fill in all the required information, register all guests staying, sign the contract, and make the security deposit payment via bank transfer. Without completing this step and without receiving the deposit payment by transfer, check-in will not be possible. Access to the property will be granted afterward.

Please leave the barbecue free of charcoal residues. Avoid drinks and food in the pool area, especially glass containers, as they could be dangerous for your safety and could damage the water filtration system.

For check-in, we will need you to provide identification documents for all guests in the reservation.

According to local regulations, all guests must be registered prior to check-in.

No entry is allowed to persons not registered in the reservation before check-in.

Use of external appliances such as hotplates, heaters, or fans is not permitted in the apartment.

Please leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it upon arrival.

Keep the air conditioning on only with windows closed and turn it off when leaving the house.
