Highs: - Room and bathroom are spacious even by western standards - Cleaner than some reviews indicated - Checkout was very quick and friendly no fuss - Staff went out of their way to help when I forgot my 220V adapters and wanted late checkout Lows: - No warning that breakfast buffet was suspended after viewing ads for same on the room ordering screen all night - Airport shuttle infrequent - Shower faucets and heads barely operable I knew this place was really out of the way from previous visits to other hotels on the back side of Incheon, but be prepared for being off the beaten track if you try it out. Ambitious design and facility. But ultimately not convenient."
