"Great location and pricing. Room was small but well appointed. As with other hotels in Korea, once fall hits they kill the air conditioning and the room was hot. The kind staff provided a fan for the room but as this room did not have a large window there was no way to cool the room down. I am not reducing my rating since I knew that the room came without an exterior window when booking. However, management and owners should seriously consider leaving an option for guests to use air conditioning year round, given the constant fluctuations in temperatures despite whatever arbitrary dates are chosen to dictate these changes in their hvac systems. (This happens all over Asia and not just at this hotel). Staff should get 10000000 stars! They were phenomenal from start to finish!!! "

"the staff were very helpful, smiley and courteous. the lifts were also very efficient and the housekeeper cleaned our rooms very well. The location is awesome- there were a few convenient stores and restaurants right outside the hotel and the subway station is just 3mins walk from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Hotel."
