- Guests must be 25 or older to book.

- Ocean Lakes charges $12 per vehicle, per day, with a discount for pre paying 10 days in advance.

- Parking for 3-4 vehicles at the house (smaller cars only), others must use Ocean Lakes overflow lot.

- Water park and outdoor pool operate seasonally.

- One dog allowed under 35 pounds with a pet fee (no cats). Rottweilers and pit bulls are not allowed per resort policy.

This home was just amazing. There was nothing here that was bad. All linens and towels provided, dishes, etc all you hash to do was show up and buy groceries. There is so much there to do at the campground you never even have to leave. The house is only a block away from ocean, and it is pet friendly. The house was very clean and very very spacious. Also having that 6 seat golf cart was a plus as well. The owners were available to answer any questions we had at any time it was an much needed trip and this place made it so special. We will definitely be coming back to this home thanks again it was fabulous.
