Loved the stay, one issue the key pad on the door was very challenging. Took several times to get in each time. Number long and must be entered in very quickly. Other than that stay was perfect.

1406 worst room ever!

This was not an enjoyable stay at all. We called hotel because of a wedding invitation. We called the number on the invitation and spoke to someone over the phone for our room accommodations we did not choose this room or see the room before hand we were told that we will get more details on the room later. We only received the room number check-in time ,check out time ,and the reservation number. No other details or amenities about the room. A few days before we arrived we called and asked if the unit had a washer and dryer and asked to be upgraded to one that did. We were told that nothing else was available! Because we were coming for a wedding we showed up anyway! Needless to say we were very disappointed!!!! The room had a funky or musty smell when we first walked in! The kitchen was unsatisfactory! Rusty stove and microwave that had paint on some of the rust spots even in the microwave. Dirty dishes in the cabinets no dishwasher and no dishcloths to wash the dishes with. black or burned ceiling over the stove. Outdated stove. Bathroom tub was not clean had to clean tub! The Jets did not work in the tub Dirty bathroom floor, dirty living room floor raggedy broom and no dustpan to get up trash after we swept the floors! The Murphy bed was gritty and we had to clean the sheets on the first night. There was a dirty old chair in the living room corner the furniture is too big for such a small room. It was black, dark ,old and depressing not Beach like and needs to be updated. There was blood or a red spot on the back of the living room curtain as you go onto the balcony! The Murphy bed was missing an end cap and we did not noticed it until my wife cut three of her toes at the same time on the Murphy bed trying to walk around it!!! The sleeper sofa mattress was too thin to sleep on and there were no sheets on the sofa bed so we could not use it. We had to clean, sweep, wipe, wash and spray everything before we used it! This was not a relaxing vacation at all! The floors will always cold because there is no carpet on the bedroom floor or the living room floor only and inadequate throw rug! There is barely any room to walk around in the living room when the Murphy bed is down. The furniture is too big for such a small room and needs to be updated! The balcony opening is too small and is a trip hazard! This is the worst place that I have ever stayed in!! *Even if these units are independently owned, they are under the Vacasa name and should be held to certain standards! I know this review is only for one room but this was my first visit to the North Myrtle Beach and probably my last! Oh and the phone in the room did not work properly and I could not use it to call the front desk!

Nice place

We had 2 minor issues. 1-toilet float sticking had to wiggle the float. The other was bath sink filled up-draining issue. Both simple fixes that we notified the front desk and the app. Otherwise pleased

A good time was had by all

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Amenities were all clean and in good condition. We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed meeting Ms. Mary very much. We will be back soon. Thanks Baywatch

A lil disappointed

I mainly picked this unit for the jetted tub. They definitely need better pots and pans. It was very clean and neat but the beds were sturdy. I sat on the end of one and almost fell off. The pull out bed in the living room was more sturdy. If it wasn’t for those few things that threw me off it would’ve been a 5. The staff there are great and very helpful. It’s a nice hotel I guess it just depends on what unit you pick. I also wasn’t a fan of the parking garage being across the street mainly because I had to walk down to tower one. Lol. Overall though I think it was a good stay minus those 3 things I didn’t like.
