「This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.」

「We check in and our reservation got mess up we stayed in 1 room for 1 night then the next morning we had to move out that room and was place in another room very inconvenience」

「We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

「The first time we stayed here was 5 years ago and we decided to come back for our 10 year wedding anniversary- what a mistake. First room we got into- the smell was awful, the microwave didn’t work, and our doors didn’t lock. The next one we got placed into- not the cleanest room. There was also the smell of weed on our whole floor and it was terrible. I should have booked somewhere else honestly.」

「The stay was okay for all of 24hrs. I had to leave the 2nd day after the sprinklers went off due to another guest’s mistake. 3 of 4 floors were flooded in the front of the hotel, causing the first floor’s ceiling plates to implode. As a result of this incident, it was no longer safe for my family and I to remain at this hotel and we had to relocate immediately. I’m currently waiting for a refund for the 2/3 days I was supposed to be staying.」
