“Microwave was broken and was told maintenance would be by to fix and it was never fixed. Found multiple bugs which I believe to be roaches. Floors were not swept (under the beds) and when we first checked in a we found cup of fruit under the bed. Power had gone out and no back up generators had supplied power so our kids got scared and had to leave for the late evening until restored. Bed room ceiling wasnt finished, had multiple spackled areas that were not painted over. Certainly not worth the……

Management denyed there was any such thing in there hotel and denyed refund on day of check in couldn’t check in on time due to rooms not being ready due to laundry system being down !! “The hotel has 5 buildings and you bever know where you will be placed. i booked a room and my friend booked one after me. we were in different buildings across the road. I had an ocean view room. yes, i could sea the ocean from the balcony - they placed all the balconies in a diagonal way. So everybody can see it. Just do not imagine a huge window as it is in their main building photo... they have 2 more buildings which are across the road on the second line. Do not forget to pack your……

“We had a one King size room on the 22nd Floor absolutely Gorgeous water pressure was fine nice balcony view of Ocean Kitchen Great. When booking on-line it never mentioned about parking fees of $12 per night...I was looking forward towards the Sauna which was under repair along with indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a great disappointment also one of the outdoor pools were closed which lead to heavy crowding in the other pool the Front Desk Kathy was very nice Also be prepared for early……
