「Love the fact that we all could sit at the dining table whether to eat or play games! For us the two refrigerators was spot on……one for food items and the other for drinks. The accommodations were quite adequate for the 12 of us.」

「Good week with family. Property was roomy, clean and furnished well. The St James Park neighborhood was quiet. The villa was near the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit to North Myrtle Beach. Recommended.」

「The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 13. Location was convenient and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, this is the first unit we’ve stayed in that had everything you’d ever need. Definitely will look in to staying again!」

「Our whole family enjoyed our week at this beach-side house very much. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and easy access to the beach were wonderful. Beach umbrellas and other equipment were provided. One thing that some might need to know is that most of the beds are very soft. Some in our party liked it, some didn't really notice, but for a few of us the very soft beds did not work well. 」

「We have always loved Kingston Plantation because of its location and the fact that it’s gated. Property was very clean and as described. Communication with property owner and property manager was excellent. No issues, family enjoyed the stay.」

「Wonderful place that our family of 16 including teens and adults stayed in over July 4th week. It had lots of space up and downstairs! Huge kitchen with two refrigerators and lots of dinning space! Teens enjoyed the pool table! Short walk across the street to the beach access! Enjoyed this place very much, thank you for having us! 」

「Everything was wonderful. The condo is beautiful as well as the entire complex. Well cared for and maintained. We'll be returning here our next trip to Myrtle Beach 」

「There was one minor issue at check-in, which the owner quickly rectified. The condo is centrally located to everything, which was the perfect location for our month-long stay in the North Myrtle Beach area. The second bedroom was great for setting up an office space so I could work. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area for an extended stay. 」

「Property was just as advertised -- nice, clean, well-stocked, great setup for a family, and a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「We loved our stay in Myrtle Beach. The destination is fabulous but the most important part is where you stay. Our villa was clean, spacious, well decorated and located perfectly in comparison to the beach. Family friendly, communication was fantastic. We went with a larger group that stayed in the Kingston plantation and needless to say, we were the only ones with such a great, CLEAN place to stay. 」
