First time booking/staying

A friend recommended Baywatch to us. It was our first there and our first time booking through Vacasa. Everything was seamless and great. I loved being able to choose our unit versus where as a hotel chooses for you. We did breakfast one morning from the onsite restaurant and it was delicious. All the staff was super friendly and nice. Quick elevators. And parking wasn’t bad. It would be nice is security monitored the parking garage, as some people were double parked. Over all we are already planning our next stay at Baywatch.

Need New Mattresses

Room was fine mattresses and pillows needs to be replaced, you can hear the springs in the mattress every time you get up, had a backache evey morning, pillows need to be thrown away. This was an expensive 4 day stay to be this uncomfortable. View of the ocean was the highlight of my stay.

Non Smoking?

Upon arrival our room door was propped open with lock mechanism which was concerning but we quickly realized why. They were clearly airing it out. We walked in and it smelled STRONGLY of tobacco smoke. This building is supposed to be a non smoking facility. As a family of 4 non smokers we were very disappointed. We complained to front desk and to Vacasa phone number. They said they would bring an ozone machine and some kind of spray while we were out of room. Not sure if they ever did do that as we were not in the room a lot but if they did it didn’t make a difference. By day 3 we gave up. They were clearly under staffed. We learned to live with the smell and were not going to let this ruin our vacation. Other than that the room was what we expected. The elevators worked great and parking was fine. Access to pools and beach was great. The view was awesome. Plenty of room on the beach.

Baywatch 1503

Baywatch Resort, North Myrtle is a great Resort for a family vacation. Location was perfect The staff was pleasant, the Resort was clean and the condo was as expected. 1503 is a little higher then what I would prefer but that would not stop me from staying there again.

Nice place!

Very clean place that I would stay again. Someone tall will be challenged to get under the shower head. I would also suggest new mattresses in the master bedroom. But again, nice place and very quiet on the 15th floor, so a major plus!

Last minute weekend getaway

The condo was clean but the condo and its surroundings are out dated. We ate out instead of using the kitchen. The doors are outside and you enter directly into a bedroom that has a "weird prison window" to the hallway. The view was gorgeous and the shower was very nice, but it felt more like a long stay hotel than a condo.

1503 Bay Watch Condo

This condo needs updating and a heavy duty cleaning! The condo itself is fine, but the up keep is poor! If there had been a mop I would have cleaned the tile floors! I realize investors have had a tough year with the COVID restrictions, but to be able to bring renters back, you need to step up the condition of the unit!
