October Myrtle Beach

For the price, definitely was a great experience. Older facility, well maintained. So the amenities all worked. Right on the ocean, and just feel for once I had God value for what I purchased. I plan to mashed Myrtle Beach a new annual tradition in October.

Beach access was great. Pool & Pool bar very nice. The Drinks were great but the food was just ok at the pool bar. The Hotel restaurant was good value and good food during breakfast and dinner. The lazy” river” is just a room with a wall. I would steer away from calling this a lazy river. Bathroom was nice but very small. Barely room for a human to be in there. All else very nice.

Very Impressed

We stayed here because it is a pet friendly motel! I was really worried about cleanliness, but we walked into a VERY Clean room that smelled so good! There were dispencers for dog waste bags outside! There was also direct access to the beach right beside the motel! The staff was very friendly, and they even had Starbucks on site!! Thank you Patricia Grand for helping make my dog's first trip to the beach so memorable!! We will be staying here again weather we bring our dog or not! We loved this place!!

The place was very dirty. Strange hairs in the bed and on the bathroom floor. Floors were not mopped. It’s not an ocean front of you it’s a side view also staring at numerous other rooms. Couldn’t go out to the balcony without someone on the other side looking at you no privacy at all

Good given the timing

Good stay. Was as expected if a little more beat up. Three things not great. 1.) Food at restaurant breakfast buffet was cold and old. Needed to be refreshed. 2.) Lot of people smoking all over the property even thought not allowed. 3.) No one following elevator rule about only parties traveling together should be in the same car at a time. Sign was only in one of the elevators.

It was ok for a last minute vacation rental

Staff was nice but didn’t provide any details on how to get towels, sheets, trash bags, and other access to house keeping. Room was clean but had very low water pressure in the shower. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but probably won’t be going back.

An acceptable beach room

My partner and I enjoyed our Myrtle Beach trip, and the accommodation at The Patricia Grand was acceptable. The room was a bit more dated than the pictures portrayed, but the condo had everything we needed. Bed was comfy enough and the only mild annoyance was the bathroom was much smaller than pictured. Overall a nice time and the staff were very friendly and helped with whatever we needed.
