The amazing view from our balcony. The staff was beyond helpful. Literally right on the beach to go for this late night walks or just sit out there and listen to the waves either way it was perfect.

Great stay

My husband and I had a great stay at the Patricia Grand. The room was nice, bed comfortable and the balcony had a great view. Pool and lazy river were fun and beach access was great. Several issues that might need addressed with facility… people smoking on balconies, or right outside the doors.

Everything was good, bed slightly uncomfortable, perfect view of the beach, love the balcony!! Water pressure in the shower was a little low, but still was able to take showers!

The room was ok, but we couldn’t even sit on the balcony because the marijuana smell was so strong. We told the receptionist and she shrugged her shoulders…… we left a day early and won’t be back.

Hotel room with a knockout view!

We loved our stay! We had a king size bed. It was just like being in a hotel room but the view from our balcony was amazing! All staff were friendly and helpful! Others complained the bathroom was small… it was, but just fine for one person! No issues there! Loved the amenities! All the pools and hot tubs! Walking straight out onto the beach! The Starbucks downstairs is GREAT! We are already planning a return stay and will book the same room if possible! Definitely 5 stars from us!

10 Digit Code on door locks way too long!!!

Generally stay was good and enjoyable. But the 10 digit code on the door lock was ridiculous. It would time-out over and over again. Usually took us 5-10 minutes to get in. Was especially annoying when we had to urinate or poop!!!

We had a wonderful time we rented the single bed room choice and the only issue we didn’t like was how small the bathroom was. You couldn’t fit 2 people in there to get ready. And it was directly beside the bedside so you didn’t get any privacy. We will rent this place again but will probably try to get the double bed room for more space.
