Beach front. Large hot tubs. Nice pool area. We were on the 6th floor. It was easy to load and unload vehicle from the 6th floor parking level.

I have never given a negative lodging review but ...

this was bad. Property not secure upon arrival - one door wouldn't close let alone lock (Mgmt company did correct), filthy rug, no comforters (40 degrees outside) & heat did not work well on bedroom side, greasy stove, lumpy pullout & BLOOD stains on the pullout cover was final proverbial straw - we left close to midnight and didn't stay although we had biz mtgs in the early AM. It didn't feel safe and felt very dingy. Building elevator also wobbled and shook; hot tub was lukewarm when we checked it out. Looks cute in photos but it's not. Also mgt company requires photos and multiple docs signed after booking - including cc photos - a lot of bother. We've stayed oceanfront in this location before (same price point) and it was wonderful - this was bad.

Girls trip

My overall stay was wonderful. Overlooking the beautiful Ocean, sunrise every morning. Clean and well organized one bedroom rental. Definitely will book again.

Great location and access to beach

Great location and access to beach and multiple pools. Overall experience was positive. Be sure to bing paper towels and toilet paper. I should have known but forgot and had to purchase after arrival. I would book again

On the beach

We stayed here June 9-15 2024 This was our first time in Myrtle Beach Condo was clean, communication was great. We had beautiful ocean view from living room and balcony. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were awesome. Lazy river and smaller pools are under the roof and we enjoyed them very much when it rained. Camelot is on the beach and very close to boardwalk and all the shops, attractions and restaurants. I think it is the only building with parking inside and what surprised me was that we could park on the sixth floor where our condo was. So we parked maybe 20 steps from our door. That was a big plus! All other buildings had parking across the street what I saw. I definitely recommend staying here and we will book here again when we come to Myrtle Beach again. I was a little worried after reading some reviews about Big fish rentals and returning of the deposit so just to be on safe side, I went through the condo after arrival and took pictures of any scratches that I could see in the condo and emailed them to them. They were very nice and always replied to all my emails and texts right away and I had no issue getting the deposit back and within few days of our stay.

What a Dump!

The worst Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The building is dumpy but I knew that because I stayed there before. But it’s cheap and right on the beach. This unit is a disaster. It looks like it was furnished at the Dollar Store by people who are colorblind. The security lock on the inside of the door is broken off. The coffee maker was missing parts. The toaster didn’t work. When I got there the TV wouldn’t turn on and the remote was missing the battery compartment cover. There is very little kitchenware and the 4 piece tableware set is missing a piece. Hot water is intermittently out. Half of the elevators weren’t working for the first 4 days of my stay. Then when they were turned back on for the weekend they still weren’t sufficient for the amount of people staying in the building. Elevator service was extremely slow. I would strongly recommend staying away from Big Fish Rentals if you can. They sent me the access code late and only after I texted and Emailed them. Then they tried to make excuses and blame it on me. It’s apparent that they are only concerned with collecting money as nobody could have possibly inspected the unit in months.

The location and the view were fantastic. We loved it. I was a little skeptical at first reading all the reviews. But it was as described. It was decent clean, and it was perfect for our little family vacation.

DO NOT STAY AT ANY BIG FISH RENTAL PROPERTIES!

BIG FISH RENTALS HAS ZERO CONCERN. My family stayed at this condo for 9 days. 6 of our 9 days we had no A/C and Big Fish Rentals refuses to refund any of our money for our inconvenience since they "resolved the issue during our stay." Never mind the fact it took 6 days. We arrived late Saturday afternoon and it was around 76 degrees in the condo. Figuring it was just because the door was open and shut from us unloading our stuff, we went out for dinner and some site seeing. When we returned (late) it was still 77 degrees and the A/C wasn't working. I notified Big Fish Rentals in the morning, and they responded with "let me inform our team and get back to you." I received no response, so I notified them again that afternoon and received "I'm, so sorry. I will follow up with them." Again, heard nothing back. Monday morning a tech showed up UNANNOUNCED. He replaced the fan and said everything is good and left. When we returned from the beach that afternoon - still no A/C and it was 78 degrees in the condo. We notified BFR again. - their response "noted on this one I will be informing the team." Tuesday was the 4th of July and we still have heard nothing. Sent another text to them on Wednesday morning and notified them it's between 77 - 83 degrees in the condo all day and night. Their response "Good morning I'm so sorry." They later advised the A/C tech will be out tomorrow (Thursday). A/C technician finally showed up around 4pm on Thursday and repaired the A/C.
