Small but great perfect for what we needed
Small but had everything we needed. Very close to the beach just a shot walk and beautiful. Was in a kind of quite neighborhood. The place had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Individual AC controlled in each room and a great side yard. Fenced in patio and grill was a bonus.

Overall good property but no privacy
The bad: When we got to the property the key code was not working and we had to contact vrbo to get a lock box code. Then the kitchen sink only has cold water. Everytime we walked out of the door the security camera would turn blue like we were being watched. Upon check in someone came over and talked to us through it. Then even though i paid to check out on Tuesday a cleaner showed up around like 2pm on Monday. We were checking out early Monday as we were packing stuff up the voice came on again to ask if we were checking out which i had stated we would be leaving early on monday night when i booked the home. You have to go out of the home to use the patio and its a charcoal grill.
The good: overall very updated home. Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking. The beds are comfortable. Its off the main strip and close to many things.
