The host asking for a 5 star review before we have even arrive is so unprofessional. We have a multitude of issues which I will discuss with VRBO thus week. Plenty of contact with host to get "sorry to hear"

This place is a scam. The day of check in they would not send the check in information and canceled the stay on me. They still charged me the full price. They will not respond to calls or emails.

Host was rude and push. And didn’t address any concerns with me. Only concern for them is charging me extra for shampoo bottle or towels and warning me multiple times. I walked into what appears to be a closet with a kitchen. There was soo much stuff in it you can hardly move around. It’s like it was previously used for storage. All kitchen appliances outdated dirty and sticky dishes. I reswrpt and mopped and found so many colors and textures of hair that wouldn’t belong to me or my kids. This confused no matter how many times I cleaned I’d find something. Stove was never properly cleaned and had food in the cracks. Broken table outside.i will not be staying here ever again. Host has refused to priced me information. I will be report to BBB and continue to seek justice I will stay at the location again but not ever with this host. The water park was well loved by the kids, great access, dog friendly I always a plus. As a 21 year retired disable combat veteran I was very disappointed only on the professionalism of the host. We are the USA, we should do better as humans. Especially if they served for you to be here
