The unit sliding door was broken and the curtain was hanging down due to a broken rod. There was sand all over the floors and mildew in the bathroom. Also no blankets on the beds only sheets, which I understand is due to Covid, but the unit listed blankets as an amenity and I had to purchase some for the stay. I would have brought my own had that been noted in the listing.

Oceanview Rooms on a Budget

My hypothesis is, this is a property to reserve if you're on a tight budget and would like a balcony oceanview room with a full kitchen, this is workable. Vacasa is very professional and will walk you through your vacation every step of the way. The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants, cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and only steps from the Atlantic Ocean. I will rate this room a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

The room was nice I wasn’t happy with my oceanfront view I was given a corner view not what I expected I expected to be able to see the entire ocean.The bath tub drain was clogged wouldn’t have expected that for a nice place and the bathroom sink was also clogged if I had been staying more than one night I would’ve been asking for another room, other than these 3 things it’s a clean hotel

Worst Resort Stay EVER

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Bathroom was very dirty, visible dirt that I had to wash out of the tub, bathroom sink stayed clogged, we saw two giant roaches in the room, when I called front desk about changing our room they said we just had to book a new room, door to the room jammed constantly not allowing me to get in. Vacasa should be ashamed of themselves for managing such a run down hotel. 0/5 stars. There were also dog hairs ALL over the bathroom floor and in the shower, the toilet seat was raggedy with visible signs of uncleanliness and there were small dirt stains on the sheets when I turned the cover back to go to sleep! I will never be staying here again - my house is cleaner and nicer than this place!!

Not staying again

This place was not very clean they seem to have been short staffed. We called for a new set of towels three times before we got them. A child pooped in the pool and they didn’t close it. They didn’t clean it for hours later so people were going into the pool without knowing the poop was in there. We yelled down from the balcony to let them know so they would get out of the pool. The whole time we were there Monday through Friday there was not one poop bag available for the dog area and never refilled. We Used our own poop bags. This is the second time I stay there because the first time wasn’t like this. We won’t be staying again.
