Wear and tears

The room was clean some when we got there. But so many wear and tares for the price. Plus no house keeping. Didn't really use anything. But I did enjoy my time there. Just think it needs upgrading for the price you paying. Plus the bed felt like dirt was on it. Keep itching and dusting the bed. And was a stain on the other side of the pillow.

Nice view but...

This rooms ac didn't work. The maintenance person took it apart and left it in various places in the room. Said it would be fixed the next day but wasn't. They finally moved us to a different room with less of a view, a much Smaller closet and less kitchen wares

Amazing view, decent hotel

The room view is perfect. The a/c unit on the balcony sprays out condensation so there is always a pool of warm water on the balcony. Bathroom is tiny to the point the door is in the way when you go to close it. Door also sticks and doesn't close all the way. That being said, you're only in the room to sleep. Location is fantastic and love the pool. Vacasa and front desk staff greatly lacking in service. Vacasa told us our room was ready at 12:35 PM and we could head to our room. So we did. Only to arrive and be told by the front desk that Vacasa sends out that message to everyone and to ignore it as our room is not ready. Also paid for late checkout only to be awoken by housekeeping on checkout day and she said sorry no one told me. Then she parked her cart at our door and stood there until we left. Also, hallways are really loud because doors are very heavy and slam all the time. I am happy when this room is $100/night. If it's $250/night or more, definitely find another spot. All in all at $100/ night I would stay again.

Great Stay but That Bed

The room was clean. Accomodations were good. Staff was pleasant. But the dip in the bed was visible. Please change the mattress in this room so that I can give you 4.5 stars.

Room wasn’t the cleanest for the price.

Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom was really dirty and very small. Water pressure was horrible and tub didn’t drain. Access to the beach was awesome. Dogs were not as welcome as they make you think they are when booking the room.

Nice room but very dirty!!

The room and it’s view was really nice! However, the room was not clean! There was a spray bottle (cleaning bottle?) left on the bathroom sink. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod behind the bathroom door and the floor was so dirty that we had to wear our flip-flops in the room. We did try to sweep it ourselves but in all honesty should not have had to do this. Other than the cleaning issue, it was a nice place to stay!!!

Terrible

This place is terrible. The hotel is old and is very run down. No AC in the lobby. The room was terrible too. We got in late so we stayed one night and got out first thing the next morning. The room was dirty and in need of serious renovation and repair. I honestly can’t believe we stayed the one. The parking garage was terrible too. The whole experience was horrible. I did appreciate the responsiveness and the attention Vacasa took in responding to my calls and messages. I was on hold a long time but they ultimately made good and understood our concerns with the property. Not a good start to our vacation at all. We ended up at Myrtle Beach Marriott at Grand Dunes the next day. Save yourself the frustration and just stay away from this place! The price is good because it’s a wreck.

Amazing View

The view of the ocean was amazing !! The pictures does not do this property any justice. The view was breathtaking and we were close to restaurants and shopping . As a travel agent I love To do market research so that I can tell my clients what to expect while on their trips .
