Only complaint is that no maid service during stay so floors never got cleaned unless we got our own broom other than that it was nice

The owners need to get measuring spoons, some frying pans, more sauce pans and MOP THE FLOOR.. We had to buy a sauce pan and two fry pans.

It is the worst experience to have stayed here, I arrive and my room is dirty, the sheets are stained, the bathroom is full of hair, the tub is dirty, but the most disgusting thing is getting up to the bathroom at night and seeing 4 cockroaches around and the next day in the morning finding other dead ones. yeah that was gross.

The room and hotel were great, pools were clean, walking distance to New York Prime. Beach was clean, hotel staff was nice. Great veiw of the ocean and great price! Pet friendly, so our puppy was able to join. We'll be back!

We loved the view of the ocean! The studio apartment was very clean but dated, not like the pictures shown. The dog yard was well maintained in a nice size area next to the hotel. The air conditioner was old and loud but kept area cool.

This is our second time staying here within the last year and we are making it a third this upcoming September! My husband, kids and I have enjoyed every single stay so far. The front desk staff is beyond kind, Jazmine at the Starbucks is wonderful and while this may not be a full Starbucks she knows more about the drinks and they’ll be better to! Our rooms have never been dirty and always extremely clean. My kids love the indoor/outdoor pool along with the lazy river! This is our go-to hotel for Myrtle beach! Thank you for making each stay wonderful!
